Getting started

How to sign in with Google for the first time, enter your details, and create or join an organization.

Signing up with a Google account

Sign in with your Google account, then photograph a business card to fill in your name, contact details and affiliation automatically. You can also enter them yourself.

The Google email you sign up with cannot be changed or removed later.

Creating an organization

When you create a new organization, you become its administrator and manage its members, projects and equipment.

The logo, description and contact details can be changed at any time in the organization settings.

Requesting to join an organization

To join an organization that already exists, search for it, send a join request and wait for the administrator's approval.

You can only use the organization's features once an administrator approves you. Approval happens on the member management screen.

Managing contacts

How the contacts screen is laid out, how to organize groups, how to add contacts from a business card, and how to message several people at once.

A look around your contacts

Find the people you have saved by name, company or job title, and organize them into groups.

Groups marked with a building icon belong to the organization and are managed in the organization settings. The rest are personal groups you created.

Adding a contact from a business card

Photograph a business card or upload a file, and the name, contact details and affiliation are read and filled in automatically. If using the camera is difficult, you can attach a card file and crop it instead.

To protect details you have already entered, turn off the option that fills contact details in automatically during AI card registration.

Sending a group message

Pick the recipients from your contacts and send them a message all at once.

Your device may ask for permission to send messages when you send.

Managing meeting minutes

How to trace when and how minutes changed, roll them back to an earlier point if you need to, and share them with attendees.

Checking the edit history

Tap the edit history text on the meeting detail screen, or the button at the top, to see past revisions. You can review the content at any point in time and restore it.

The version from just before the restore is kept in the history too, so you can always roll back again afterwards.

Sharing a meeting

Open the sharing screen with the share button at the bottom of the meeting detail. Selecting attendees supports search and group sorting, just like your contacts.

If you change the attendees, you have to confirm your selection for it to take effect.

Managing projects

How to create and finalize work logs, and how to have them finalized automatically after a set period.

Once a work log is finalized it can no longer be edited, which makes it impossible to alter or forge.

Administrators hold every permission. When a user closes their account they also leave the organization and their permissions are reset.

Connect your Google account and your meeting schedules will appear in your calendar as well.

If you disconnect, schedules created after that point will not be added to your calendar.

Notification settings

Choose which meeting and organization updates you want, and whether to receive them as app notifications or by email.

If notification permission is turned off on your device, app notifications will not arrive; notification emails are sent to the primary email address set in your contacts.
